    How To Book

    Hours Of Operation Rehearsal and performance rentals are generally in four-hour blocks of time per day. Other arrangements are always available, just ask!
    Rental Policy Dates are not guaranteed until a deposit is made and a contract signed. Dates can be reserved, but will go to the first renter that makes deposit and signs the contract.
    Cancellation Policy If entire booking is cancelled one month or more from date of performance/use -full refund of deposit. If entire booking is cancelled within three weeks of performance/use -75% of deposit returned. If entire booking is cancelled within two weeks of performance/use -50% of deposit returned. If entire booking is cancelled within one week of performance/use -25% of deposit returned. If entire booking is cancelled 6 days or closer to date of performance/use, there is no refund of deposit.
