Provision Theater is currently booking rentals for the spring and summer months.
Rental includes, light/sound package, dressing rooms, green room, loading dock and our state-of-the-art, 210-seat theater space. Daily and weekly rates are available for both performances and rehearsals. Tech personnel available upon request. | Rental Policy |
Physical areas of the building available are the stage, lobby (including washrooms), theater, box office, and green room and dressing rooms. All other areas of building are not accessible to Renter or Renter’s patrons. Renter’s patrons or any Renter representative may not, under any circumstances, enter any other part of the building. Any violation of this policy may result in automatic termination of this Rental Agreement. All displays, exhibitions, decorations, and signage must be approved in advance by The Theater and be free-standing, without attachment to the walls, ceilings, or floors, and must not obstruct The Theater’s signage.
The Theater shall make available all its existing lighting and sound equipment which may only be operated by Theater personnel or renter’s technical personnel if they have Theater personnel’s written prior permission

| Cancellation Policy |
In the unlikely event that the Theater needs to cancel the rental, the 50% deposit will be refunded to the Renter. However, if the Renter cancels the rental, the deposit cannot be refunded. Additionally, if the Renter cancels the rental in less than 48 hours prior to the rental date, the Renter must still pay the remaining balance. Note that payment is still due on or before the rental date. |
